Now you can benefit from Crow Canyon applications even if you don't have SharePoint deployed on-site. CCS Service Request and CCS Customer Service are available online (in a hosted SharePoint environment) where your organization can pay per user per month running as a software service (SaaS). Since SharePoint is a non-proprietary platform, organizations can start managing service requests ‘in the cloud’ immediately and optionally can at a later stage move some or all of the applications in-house to an on-premise deployment when the local infrastructure is ready.

With our Hosted option you get all the benefits of Crow Canyon applications, without the bother and expense of buying and maintaining your own SharePoint servers.

Two hosting options:

Shared Hosting Environment

This option deploys the application in a multi-tenant hosting environment with SharePoint 2010 Foundation. You get all the features of on-premise application but are limited to running only Crow Canyon applications in a single site collection. There is no access to SharePoint server level functions. This is a great way to get started in a simple and quick implementation. Pricing for the Shared Hosting option starts at $100 per month plus $25/service desk seat per month/ plus initial setup fees.

Dedicated Hosting Environment

This option deploys the Application in a dedicated SharePoint 2010 Foundation hosted environment. This is literally the same installation as on-premise without the platform setup work. You get all the features of on-premise application and have the ability to deploy your own applications and site collections. You have full access to SharePoint server level functions. This is a great way to get SharePoint deployed across your organization. Pricing for the Dedicated Hosting option starts at $500/month for a single service desk.
