Learn SharePoint

Crow Canyon applications are built on standard SharePoint. If you have a good understanding of SharePoint, you can easily make customizations and changes to our applications. If you are new to SharePoint, it may well be worth learning more about this flexible and extendable platform.

We have found lynda.com's SharePoint 2010 Essentials to be a good introductory course. This 7-hour course covers a wide-range of SharePoint topics. For using our applications, there are certain sections that are more directly applicable and would be beneficial to know if you plan to administer the program. These are specifically the introductory section and the sections on sites, lists, and security (these sections total about 2 hours).
