Migrating from CCS SR for Outlook to CCS SR for SharePoint

With the move away from public folders and duplication of collaborative features (calendars, tasks, etc.) from Outlook, it is clear that Microsoft is pushing to move SharePoint into the primary position as its collaborative platform, while keeping Outlook for email processing.

We at Crow Canyon have always believed that a service desk application needs to be part of your organization's collaborative platform to make it more intuitive for end-users to make service requests. Of course many of our customers believe in the same concept, and that is why you have invested so much time and energy into making CCS Service Request for Outlook a successful part of your internal services strategy.
