Pricing and Purchasing

Crow Canyon's SharePoint applications are sold on an annual subscription basis. This annual subscription provides a license to use the product during the subscription period. The subscription  includes technical support, upgrades, and fixes for the application. The prices below are for the initial purchase and a one-year subscription. After one year, the annual subscription fee is 30% of the retail price for the license in use at the time of renewal (minimum annual subscription fee is $499). Prices include installation on your SharePoint server.

If needed, contact our sales department at sales@crowcanyon.com for a price quote for your specific configuration. If you already have a quote, you can purchase the software by going to our Purchase Page and entering in the quote number and the total amount of the purchase transaction.

Crow Canyon SharePoint application pricing is based either on the number of "Named Seats" or by a site collection license with unlimited Seats. Service Desk applications are also priced by number of Service Areas (Departments) that will be running a service desk.

Service Areas are departments such as IT, Facilities, HR or Customer Service that need to track requests. "Named Seats" are staff in those departments who will be assigning tickets, working on tickets, or running reports on ticket activity. There is no charge for users who submit tickets only.

The Software subscription is good for one site collection installation on a Microsoft SharePoint Server (MOSS, WSS, Enterprise or Foundation). The license is sent by email to the address specified when purchasing. All prices in US $. There are no taxes or shipping charges.  

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

This Annual License includes Technical Support for installation, running, and upgrading of the application. It also includes upgrades and fixes for the application.

The Annual License does not include customizations, integration with other programs, extension of the program, or training of end users or staff. These are available as packages for an additional cost.
