CROW CANYON QUICK START SERVICE
Accelerate application implementation using our Quick Start Service. The objective of
this program is to get the application in production as soon as possible for your users and to get your
staff up to speed so they can administer it on an ongoing basis. Fast track your understanding of the
application’s structure and configuration capabilities for ongoing support and evolution of your system.
The Service includes:
- Online installation on your server
- Setup of SharePoint Users, Groups and Permissions
- Review of the Application Structure and Web parts
Configuration of the application including:
- Categories, Types and templates
- Notifications and alerts
- Review Ticket list Views and setup
- Workspace review (by user role)
- Initial field and form changes (up to 3 fields)
- Knowledge base setup

CROW CANYON QUICK START PLUS SERVICE
Accelerate application
implementation and customization using our Quick Start Plus Service. CCS Applications are 100%
customizable using native SharePoint; however, SharePoint expertise is required to make these changes.
The Quick Start Plus program adds specific customization services to the basic Quick Start Service. The
objective is to get your application in production with your customizations put in place from the
beginning. If you don’t have SharePoint expertise or your SharePoint experts don’t have time, use our
Quick Start Plus Service to quickly get the application implemented and customized according to your
needs. This Service includes all basic Quick Start Services plus:

Customized ticket fields, tabs and forms
- Customized ticket list views
- Customized Staff and Manager workspaces
- Specific Dashboard tables and charts to fit your needs
- Customized Notifications and Alerts
- Support your specific processes with workflow customization
The
Service includes a requirements session and up to 5 hours of customization work.

MIGRATION SERVICES
Migration from Crow Canyon's Outlook-based
applications to SharePoint
We offer a migration service for current users of
Crow Canyon's Outlook-based applications (CCS Service Request, CCS Customer Service,
CCS Help Desk, or Outlook Help Desk). Tickets, queues, status, KB
articles, notifications, utility settings and much more are seamlessly migrated. With CCS Customer
Service, contacts are also migrated into the Accounts and Contacts lists in
SharePoint.
Our experienced team has done hundreds of migrations and uses a process
ensuring reliability and data integrity. For an additional charge, we can also setup your old tickets in an
SQL archive and connect it to a list so that historical ticket information is available for
reporting.
The pricing below is for migration of the following folders in
the Crow Canyon application: Assigned Tickets, Completed Tickets,
Knowledge Base, General Utilities, Notifications, Numbering, and Templates (and Contacts in CCS Customer
Service). It does not include the Reports folder or additional Completed Tickets folders (there is an extra
charge for those).

Migration of Tickets, Contacts, or Assets from other applications to
SharePoint
We
offer a data migration service for users of other (non-Crow Canyon) service desk/help desk, CRM/Contact
management, or asset/equipment management applications. Data from the previous system is exported to a
spreadsheet, then the data is made ready for import, then it is imported into SharePoint. Tickets are
imported into the Tickets list in SharePoint, Contacts are imported into the Accounts and Contacts
lists, and Assets/Equipment go into the Assets or Equipment lists.
Our experienced team has done hundreds of migrations and uses a process ensuring reliability and data
integrity. The process is that the customer does the export of the prior data to a spreadsheet or database.
We then work with the customer to convert the data as needed and ready it for import to SharePoint. We also
do the import into SharePoint and make sure the data is imported successfully.
The pricing below is for migration of up to two spreadsheets into two SharePoint lists, with a maximum of
10,000 records total. Additional spreadsheets can be imported at a rate of $100 each.
